Lee founded US4 in 2021 after purchasing a home services drywall repair franchise. He quickly found a need for professional specialists in the commercial construction industry.
Lee's background includes serving in the US Navy, working as a Quality Manager at NASA, and holdin corporate roles in the medical devices and biotech industries.
During the pandemic, Lee knew he needed a change. This change has led Lee down some interesting paths but ultimatly founding US4 which has become one of the best commerical interior companies in Texas

Ashley Schaer, an accomplished professional, holds the crucial role of Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) at US4. With a wealth of experience in business management and leadership development, her expertise plays a pivotal role in guiding our team's organizational strategies and steering our trajectory towards future growth.
In her capacity as a Fractional COO, Ashley's contributions are indispensable in upholding the operational and financial vitality of the organization. She ensures that resources are efficiently allocated to support US4's projects and endeavors, thereby optimizing our overall effectiveness and success.
James MacQuarrie
Director of Project Management
James MacQuarrie, a master collaborator, a Licensed Construction Supervisor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. James is not only great at leading construction projects, but he also excels at building strong, long-standing relationships. With 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, James knows how to identify issues and mitigate risks. James is driven by providing outstanding customer service and is known for his ability to envision and articulate the end-result to peers and clients alike!
Outside of his US4 commitments, James is also a devoted family man, married to his wife Stacy and father to four amazing kids. When he's not busy coaching his kids' hockey teams, you can find James working on his mediocre golf swing.

Currently on the verge of graduating with a degree in business from West Texas A&M University, Aubrie's journey into the world of construction began early in her life, surrounded by both residential and commercial projects.
As the Director of Administration at US4 Construction, Aubrie thrives in an environment defined by openness and integrity. She cherishes the collaborative spirit of her team, where each member shares a common goal and works collectively to achieve it.
